Fantastic customer service!!! I called from Virginia and spoke with Beth several weeks before I planned to visit SD. She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Upon arriving in Custer, Beth had a bike ready for me and was incredibly “accommodating” and flexible since my schedule was uncertain. I can’t say enough about the friendly customer service I was shown by all of the employees there. I will definitely be renting from them again on my next visit to SD.
